Dorotea Collection Designed by Monica Frster for GENSE Scandinavian Design Since 1856 & Purveyor to the Royal Court of Sweden

The Dorotea Collection is a tribute to the natural beauty of northern Sweden, where glacial landscapes have shaped mountains, valleys, and open plains into fluid, organic forms. Inspired by the subtle transitions in this terrain, designer Monica Frster captures the quiet drama of nature in a series of minimalist, sculptural pieces that blend Nordic tradition with international design sensibility.

Each item in the collection reflects Frsters signature approach: thoughtful simplicity, material honesty, and a deep respect for craftsmanship. The result is a timeless series that feels both modern and rooted, ideal for everyday use or special occasions.
